This flat is in an amazing location, just a 5 minute walk to the Thames and boat trips or Surbiton high street, full of little coffee shops and great restaurants. There are also some nice pubs nearby and Kingston is walkable in about 20 minutes. The flat is a good size and parking is easy so we would highly recommend.

Perfect location for a London stay

Martin was very helpful through the check in process. The VRBO app wasn’t working for me but Martin kindly sent everything I needed via text. The flat is a short walk to the train station which has frequent departures to London. The Welcome Package was greatly appreciated and perfect when you arrive late and have what you need for breakfast the next morning. The area is safe and quiet, with several pubs and a market a short walk to the high street. We would definitely stay again.

My family really liked this property and the location was ideal for them as I live nearby. They thought it was a good and equipped flat with everything they wanted including children games, toys and kitchen utensils etc Also they loved the food basket and kind card Martin left :)

The flat is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The welcome package was very much appreciated. The location is very convenient. It's a very short walk to the train station, and the bus stop is practically in front of the building. And yet, it is a relatively quiet area. Waitrose and Sainsbury (groceries) are both close by, as well as a number of pubs and restaurants. Nice view of the park across the street. We enjoyed taking walks along the Thames river, which is only a couple blocks away, as well as the local farmer's market and food festival.

Martin is very responsive and took care of everything we needed. Great host!

Convenient for Kew Gardens, Riverside walks, Richmond Park, Wimbledon, Chelsea Flower Show, Hampton Court Palace, nearby Shops in Surbiton, Kingston and Richmond. Good and quick links for Central London.

This delightful clean fully equipped flat certainly met all our needs especially when greeted with such thoughtful gifts of wine, bread, eggs, butter and lovely biscuits! Its location was perfect too with a lovely scenic small park outside the balcony and within walking distance of both Surbiton train station, local shops and the River Thames. We would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable little flat. Bread, milk, butter, biscuits and wine left to welcome us. Lovely fresh towels, nice bedding. Brilliant location for us to visit Kew and Hampton Court Palace, by train if we wanted to. Fantastic to have a secure free parking space for the duration.

We loved our stay in Surbiton - the flat is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a city break. The location is fantastic - v close to Waitrose and the train station and just across the road from the park. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our time here. Great location, spacious enough for a 9 day stay. Martin responded quickly to a few extra needs. He thoughtfully provided eggs, milk, and butter to help us get through our first morning.

We had a brilliant visit and really enjoyed the apartment. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Despite a seemingly main road in front of the building, we found it a quiet place to stay. Waitrose is 2 mins walk away, the station is 3 mins walk away and there is a bus stop right outside the apartment.
